Terms of Use
Effective date and version: 2026-08-30
Agreement
These Terms govern use of STUDIA. By creating or using an account, the user agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. A parent or guardian accepting for a child confirms authority to do so.
Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, protect login credentials, and use only accounts they are authorized to access. Account access may be restricted to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.
Learning service
STUDIA provides educational content, assessments, progress tools, AI-assisted learning, and related features. Content is educational support and does not guarantee a particular examination result.
Subscriptions and purchases
Auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through Apple renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges the user's Apple Account, handles renewal and cancellation, and provides subscription management. Web purchases are processed separately and existing web entitlements remain accessible in the app. Prices and periods shown by Apple are controlling for App Store purchases.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt operation, infringe rights, upload unlawful or harmful material, or use another person's identity or payment method without authorization.
User content and AI features
Users retain their rights in lawful content they provide and grant STUDIA permission to process it only as needed to operate the service. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed appropriately.
Cancellation and account deletion
Apple subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through Apple's subscription management interface. Account deletion is available inside Account and is separate from subscription cancellation or sign-out. Deleting a STUDIA account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription, so the subscription should also be cancelled with Apple if no longer wanted.
Availability and liability
We work to keep STUDIA reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to losses directly caused by a breach of applicable obligations and does not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. The effective version shown above identifies the current Terms. Questions can be submitted through Help & Support inside STUDIA or through the contact details on the STUDIA website.
